Universal Power Suply module is used to provide power to the 4-channel frame system modules. PSU module can be used either inside the same enclosure where other modules reside (internal PSU), or occupy another enclosure (external PSU).
PSU module has following power rails:
- Two unregulated power rails. One can be positive, another can be either positive or negative. Operation mode depends on the ground configuration.
- One regulated +48V rail for phantom power. Can be fed either from a separate 48V transformer winding or from existing positive rail via voltage doubler circuit.
